信息产业和数字经济的迅速发展,对经济社会发挥了重要作用。互联网、大数据和云计算等数字技术等形成的数据资源和全要素数字化转型不断推动中国经济社会中的发展。本文以淮安市作为研究对象,分析淮安数字经济发展现状和数字经济发展过程的问题与困境,借鉴先进城市的经验提出对策。

The rapid development of the information industry and digital economy has played an important role in the economy and society.The data resources and full factor digital transformation formed by digital technologies such as the Internet,big data,and cloud computing continue to drive the development of China's economy and society.This article takes Huai'an City as the research object,analyzes the current situation and problems and difficulties of digital economy development in Huai'an,and proposes countermeasures based on the experience of advanced cities.
