基于因子分析法的软件企业财务风险评估——以金山办公为例

Financial Risk Assessment of Software Enterprises Based on Factor Analysis Method--Taking Jinshan Office as an Example

在国家积极倡导软件国产化背景下,金山办公主营的WPS作为国内唯一能与微软抗衡的产品,获得了政策加持;新冠疫情之下云办公的不断深入覆盖,更是助力了金山办公的发展。但在双重发展契机之下,也暗藏着财务风险。因此,本文以风险识别、风险评价、风险控制为路径,结合因子分析法构建金山财务风险评价模型,发现金山办公存在资金有效利用率低、“吃下游”能力弱等风险。对此提出应当通过扩大财务杠杆、转变投资策略、提高应收账款管理水平等进行风险控制的结论,以期为信息技术行业类似企业的财务风险控制提供借鉴。

In the context of actively advocating software localization in the country,the WPS of Jinshan Office Princess Camp,as the only product in China that can compete with Microsoff,has received policy support;The continuous in-depth coverage of cloud office under the COVID-19 epidemic has helped the development of Jinshan Office.But under the dual development opportunities,there are also hidden financial risks.Therefore,this article takes risk identification,risk assessment,and risk control as the path,and combines factor analysis to construct a financial risk assessment model for Jinshan.It is found that Jinshan Office has risks such as low effective utilization of funds and weak ability to“eat downstream”,The conclusion is that risk control should be carried out by expanding financial leverage,transforming investment strategies,and improving accounts receivable management level,in order to provide reference for financial risk control of similar enterprises in the information technology industry.
