Domestic services have become an indispensable and important component of urban life.This article takes Jiangsu Province Haosu Sisao Family Service Co.,Ltd.as an example,and uses resource allocation theory to summarize the successful experience of“Haosu Sisao”in resource management,providing reference for the development strategies of Chinese domestic enterprises.
