摘要
自2019年国家提出“三教”改革以来,国内职业教育领域掀起了对“三教”改革研究的热潮。教师、教材、教法是高职院校深化内涵建设的切入点和突破口。在移动互联网+教育时代,特别是后疫情时代,教育环境、学情发生了重大变化。“三教”改革需要结合时代发展,在新理念指导下进行变革。本文根据目前职业院校教师、教材、教法现状,结合移动互联网+教育环境的特点,探讨“三教”改革适应时代发展的路径,从构建“双师”素质师资队伍创新培养路径,具有职教特色的新形态教材开发机制、打造以能力本位、为核心的教法改革创新入手,探讨“三教”改革的内容和结构,为职业院校从“三教”改革层面提升人才培养质量、夯实“双高”建设基础提供有益参考,进一步打牢职业教育高质量发展的基础。
Since the country proposed the“Three Education”reform in 2019,there has been a wave of research on the“Three Education”reform in the field of vocational education in China.Teachers,textbooks,and teaching methods are the entry points and breakthroughs for deepening the connotation construction in vocational colleges.In the era of mobile Internet plus+education,especially the post epidemic era,the educational environment and learning situation have undergone significant changes.The reform of the“Three Teachings”needs to be combined with the development of the times and carried out under the guidance of new concepts.According to the current situation of teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods in vocational colleges,combined with the characteristics of mobile Internet plus education environment,this paper discusses the path of“three education”reform to adapt to the development of the times.Starting with the construction of innovative training paths for“"double teacher”quality teachers,the development mechanism of new forms of teaching materials with vocational education characteristics,and the creation of ability based,centered teaching method reform and innovation,this paper discusses the content and structure of“three education”reform,To provide useful references for vocational colleges to improve the quality of talent cultivation and consolidate the foundation of"double high"construction from the perspective of“three education”reform,and further lay a solid foundation for the high-quality development of vocational education.
