围绕保障国家油气能源安全和做好黄河流域生态保护这两大战略,聚焦油气高效开发和绿色低碳发展双重目标,通过打造青东5“海油陆采”绿色高效示范区,整体推进以生态路岛、集约建产、低碳生产、清洁用能、数字转型为主体架构的高效开发方式,形成以绿色低碳为主要特征的“海油陆采”现代管理体系。推动绿色能源变革,推进企业转型升级,率先走出一条油气能源高效开发与自然生态有效保护并举、节能降耗与绿色发展并行的石油企业绿色发展之路。

Surrounding the two major strategies of ensuring national oil and gas energy security and doing a good job in ecological protection of the Yellow River Basin,the dual goals of efficient oil and gas exploration and green and low-carbon development were focused on.By creating the Qingdong 5“Marine Oil and Land Recovery”green and efficient demonstration zone,and the efficient development method with ecological road islands,intensive construction,lowcarbon production,clean energy use,and digital transformation as the main architecture was comprehensively promoted,the modern management system of“Marine Oil and Land Recovery”with green and lowcarbon as the main characteristics was formed.We should promote the reform of green energy,propel the transformation and upgrading of enterprises,and take the lead in finding a green development path for petroleum enterprises that combines efficient development of oil and gas energy with effective protection of natural ecology,energy conservation and consumption reduction,and green development.
