摘要
油田常用交流接触器电压暂降的敏感度,对于油田电压暂降防治有重要的参考价值。介绍了交流接触器的工作过程,搭建了交流接触器电压暂降实验研究平台,以油田常用的8种型号4~132 kW交流接触器为研究对象,测试了电压暂降耐受特性曲线,分析了电压暂降初始相位、交流接触器线圈电压、样本差异、容量对电压暂降敏感度的影响,总结了油田交流接触器防晃电的常用措施。
The voltage sag sensitivity of common AC contactor in oilfield has important reference value for the prevention and control of oilfield voltage sag.The working process of AC contactor was introduced,and the experimental research platform of AC contactor voltage sag was built.With eight types of AC contactors commonly used in oil fields from 4 kW to 132 kW as the research objects,the voltage sag tolerance characteristic curves were tested,and the influence of initial phase of voltage sag,AC contactor coil voltage,sample difference and capacity on voltage sag sensitivity was analyzed.The common measures to prevent shock of AC contactor in oil field were summarized.
