中国特色职业教育自主话语体系:内涵、价值与构建进路 被引量:4

摘要 构建中国特色职业教育自主话语体系是我国职业教育现代化发展的奠基性工程。话语是具体语境中语言的事件或语言的使用,是一种基本的社会实践,是形塑人们的观念与行为的持久、强大的力量,更是意义的根本来源。对于职业教育而言,话语体系是支配职业教育实践的基本力量之一,但职业教育研究对话语体系甚少关注。我国职业教育话语体系的“他主性”显著,充斥着域外话语和普通教育领域的话语,而且整体上带有消极的意味,难以发挥促进职业教育健康发展的积极作用。为了构建、优化我国职业教育的自主话语体系,学界应当充分重视话语体系的独立价值与基础性地位,肯定师生的日常话语应有的地位,并促使职业教育话语体系面向我国自己的职业教育实践与问题,尤其应注重话语的本土化、现代化与数字化。 Constructing an autonomous discourse system of vocational education with Chinese characteristics is a fundamental project for the modernization of vocational education in China.Discourse is a language event or language use in a specific context,an essential social practice,an enduring and powerful force that shapes people’s ideas and behaviors,and a fundamental source of meaning.The discourse system is one of the fundamental forces that dominate the practice of vocational education,but vocational education research has paid little attention to the discourse system.The discourse system of vocational education in China is characterized by“otherness,”full of foreign and general education discourse,and has a negative meaning on the whole.Therefore,it is difficult for it to play a positive role in promoting the healthy development of vocational education.To construct and optimize the autonomous discourse system of vocational education in China,the academic community should pay full attention to the independent value and fundamental position of the discourse system,affirm the core function of the daily discourse of teachers and students,and orient the discourse system of vocational education towards China’s vocational education practice and problems,especially the localization,modernization,and digitalization of the discourse.
