一种面向智能电网的智慧互联型双钩安全带控制策略设计

摘要 【目的】双钩安全带是电力行业工作现场最常用的工具之一,但易出现挂接不牢固,甚至脱钩的现象,已无法适应现阶段智能电网发展需求。为满足智能电网发展需求,设计出一种面向智能电网的智慧互联型双钩安全带控制策略。【方法】该控制策略是基于DSP28377D控制器实现的,依托该控制器的高动态响应特性,可实现对安全带状态的自监测、重物辅助提升、组网互连等功能。【结果】智慧互联型双钩安全带可实现对挂接状态判断、挂接状态预警、挂接状态显示、助爬辅助电机控制等功能,并具有互联功能。【结论】该策略可实现安全带与智能杆塔的互联,并与台区综控系统互联,其能很好地融入到智能电网系统中。 [Purposes]The double-hook safety belt is one of the most commonly used tools in the work site of the power industry,but it is prone to the phenomenon of weak connection or even decoupling,which can no longer meet the development needs of the smart grid at this stage.In order to meet the de⁃velopment needs of smart grid,a smart interconnected double-hook seat belt control strategy for smart grid is designed.[Methods]The control strategy is realized based on DSP28377 D controller,relying on the high dynamic response characteristics of the controller,it can realize the functions of self-monitoring of seat belt state,auxiliary lifting of weight,networking interconnection and so on.[Findings]The intelli⁃gent interconnected double-hook seat belt can realize the functions of hanging state judgment,hanging state warning,hanging state display,climbing auxiliary motor control and so on,and has the interconnec⁃tion function.[Conclusions]The system can realize the interconnection between the safety belt and the intelligent tower,and the interconnection with the integrated control system of the station area,which can be well integrated into the smart grid system.
