摘要
【目的】为了在市政道路工程中有效应用伸缩缝施工技术,提升市政道路工程质量。【方法】采用文献研究、调查分析法等方法,研究市政道路伸缩缝的类型与作用,分析市政道路工程中伸缩缝施工存在的问题,总结市政道路工程伸缩缝施工关键技术。【结果】受车辆荷载、气候条件等外部因素的影响,道路使用中易出现裂缝等问题,影响路面安全稳定性。市政道路工程中应用无振动伸缩缝施工技术可以有效提高整体施工质量,伸缩缝施工系统复杂,专业要求较高,施工中要把控好各环节,减少外部因素的干扰,避免发生质量问题。【结论】伸缩缝施工是道路工程建设中重要的施工技术,伸缩缝施工关系到市政道路的运行安全,实际施工中要做好各项准备工作,重视型钢变形校验及养护管理。
[Purposes]This paper aims to effectively apply the expansion joint construction technology in the municipal road engineering,and effectively improve the quality of the municipal road engineering.[Methods]In this paper,methods like literature research,investigation and analysis are used to study the types and functions of municipal road expansion joints,analyze the problems existing in the construc⁃tion of expansion joints in municipal road projects,and summarize the key technologies for the construc⁃tion of expansion joints in municipal road projects.[Findings]Under the influence of external factors such as vehicle load and climate conditions,cracks and other problems occur in the use of the road,which affect the safety and stability of the road surface.The application of vibrationless expansion joint construction technology in municipal road engineering can effectively improve the overall construction quality.The construction system of expansion joint is complex and the professional requirements are high.In construction,all links should be controlled to reduce the interference of external factors,thus avoiding quality problems.[Conclusions]Expansion joint is an important construction technology in road engineering construction,which is related to the safety of municipal road operation.In actual con⁃struction,we should make preparations for all kinds of works and pay attention to the deformation verifi⁃cation and maintenance management of section steel.
