云服务支撑下知识产权学术环境研究

Research on the Academic Environment of Intellectual Property Rights Supported by Cloud Services

【目的】知识产权学术环境对云计算的需求十分迫切,现有的云计算技术无法满足知识产权学术环境的需求,需要建立起相应的知识产权学术服务模式,为知识产权学术环境提供强有力的支撑。【方法】以云服务为支撑,探究知识产权学术环境的发展变化,对知识产权学术环境对云计算的需求、云计算支撑下的知识产权研究创新服务模式进行分析。【结果】当前,知识产权学术环境对云服务有资源建设、科研环境、科研过程管理、数据服务、科研人员专业水平提升等方面的需求。【结论】云服务支撑下的知识产权学术环境服务策略有:整合信息资源,提供知识产权信息一站式服务;根据用户需求,提供个性化信息服务;开展知识产权科研创新活动,提供多层次的知识产权学术环境;利用云服务,构建虚拟实验室;建立知识产权联盟,实现资源共享。

[Purposes]The intellectual property academic environment has an urgent need for cloud com⁃puting.However the existing cloud computing technology cannot meet the needs of the intellectual prop⁃erty academic environment,So it is necessary to establish a corresponding intellectual property academic service model to provide strong support for the intellectual property academic environment.[Methods]Based on cloud services,this paper explored the development and changes of intellectual property aca⁃demic environment,and analyzed the demand of intellectual property academic environment for cloud computing and the innovation service mode of intellectual property research supported by cloud comput⁃ing.[Findings]The intellectual property academic environment has requirements for cloud services in terms of resource construction,scientific research environment,scientific research process management,data services,and professional level improvement of scientific researchers.[Conclusions]The service strategies of intellectual property academic environment supported by cloud services include:integrating information resources and providing one-stop service of intellectual property information;providing per⁃sonalized information services according to user needs;carrying out intellectual property scientific research and innovation activities to provide a multi-level intellectual property academic environment;using cloud services to build a virtual laboratory;establishing intellectual property alliance to achieve re⁃source sharing.
