摘要
【目的】梳理全自动体外诊断分析仪样本输送模块的专利布局及技术路线,探索该领域的研究发展现状和技术热点,为我国相关企业发展提供参考。【方法】通过分析全球和中国专利申请态势、主要申请人、技术分支及技术发展方向,研究全自动体外诊断分析仪样本输送模块发展现状及趋势。【结果】样本输送模块作为全自动体外诊断分析仪的重要部分,近年来国内外专利申请具有较高的活跃度,提高检测效率相关技术为专利申请重点方向,技术发展呈现出提高检测效率、提高自动化程度、降低成本、小型化、提高系统稳定性等多元发展趋势。【结论】相关企业应关注热点技术,做好专利布局,提高技术竞争力。
[Purposes]This paper aims to sort out the patent layout and technical route of the sample de⁃livery module of the automatic in vitro diagnostic analyzer,explore the research and development status and technical hotspots in this field,and provide reference for the development of relevant enterprises in China.[Methods]By analyzing the global and Chinese patent application situation,main applicants,technical branches and technical development direction,the development status and trend of the sample delivery module of the automatic in vitro diagnostic analyzer were studied.[Findings]As an important part of the automatic in vitro diagnostic analyzer,the sample delivery module has a high degree of activ⁃ity in patent applications at home and abroad in recent years.The technology related to improving the de⁃tection efficiency is the key direction of patent applications.The technology development shows multiple development trends such as improving the detection efficiency,improving the degree of automation,re⁃ducing costs,miniaturization,and improving system stability.[Conclusions]Relevant enterprises should pay attention to hot technologies,do a good job in patent layout,and improve technological competitive⁃ness.
