沿海地区贸易枢纽型水产品物流中心选址

摘要 为更好实现沿海地区水产品贸易流通,促进水产品进出口贸易发展,在对水产品物流中心选址原则与影响因素分析基础上,提出地理信息系统(GIS)和熵权法-优劣解距离法(EWM-TOPSIS)相结合的综合选址方法。首先,通过GIS空间数据分析对水产品地理空间特征进行检验分析,获取水产品高值聚集热区作为初选备选地;其次,利用EWM-TOPSIS逼近理想解的比选方法筛选出区域竞争力较强地区;最后,以现实路网数据为基础,采用最小化阻抗模型确定水产品物流中心终选区域。以福建省水产品物流中心选址为例,验证选址方法的可行性与有效性,选址结果与实际规划基本相符,为沿海地区水产品物流中心选址提供新思路。 To better achieve the trade flow of coastal aquatic products and promote the development of the import and export trade of aquatic products,a comprehensive site selection method combining geographic information system(GIS)and entropy weight method-technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(EWM-TOPSIS)was proposed based on the analysis of the principles and influencing factors of aquatic products logistics center site selection.Firstly,through GIS spatial data analysis,the geographical spatial properties of the production of aquatic products were tested and analyzed,the main candidates for high-value aggregation hot spots of aquatic products were obtained;secondly,the comparison method of EWM-TOPSIS approaches the ideal solution and identified regions with strong regional competitiveness;and finally,based on actual road network data,the minimum impedance model is used to determine the final selection area of the aquatic product logistics center.For example,in the case of the aquatic product logistics center selection in Fujian Province,the feasibility and validity of the selection method are verified,and the results of the site selection are essentially consistent with actual planning,which offers new ideas for the location selection of the aquatic product logistics center in coastal areas.
