摘要
为解决道路凝冰问题,基于环保、经济、实用等原则,针对适用于沥青路面主动抗凝冰的蓄盐纤维填料的配合比进行设计,并对其相关性能展开研究。通过基于单纯形重心设计的融冰试验和电导率试验对蓄盐除冰材料配比进行探究,并基于融冰试验和冻粘剪切试验分析其除冰性能。试验结果表明:选用乙酸钠∶乙酸钾∶甲酸钠=7∶2∶1、复合有机盐∶纤维=3∶1为蓄盐纤维各种成分的最佳配合比;在融冰试验中,蓄盐纤维替换率为66%的除冰材料在较高负温下融冰速率能达到1022 g·(h·m 2)-1,表明其融冰性能良好;凝冰后,蓄盐纤维沥青混合料表面冻粘强度比普通沥青混合料下降33%,能够有效降低冻粘强度。基于最佳配合比,新型路用环保蓄盐除冰材料具有良好的融冰能力和除冰降粘功效。
To address the issue of road icing,the design of the proportion of environmentally friendly,economical,and practical salt-storing fiber fillers suitable for actively combating icing on asphalt pavements was conducted,and an investigation into their relevant performance was carried out.The proportion of salt-storing deicing materials was investigated through melting tests and conductivity tests based on simplex centroid design,and the deicing performance was analyzed based on melting tests and frozen shear tests.The experimental results demonstrated that the optimal proportion for various components of salt-storing fiber is sodium acetate∶potassium acetate∶sodium formate=7∶2∶1 and composite organic salt∶fiber=3∶1.In the melting test,the deicing material with a replacement rate of 66%of salt-storing fiber achieved a melting rate of 1022 g·(h·m 2)-1 at higher negative temperatures,indicating its excellent melting performance.After ice formation,the frozen adhesion strength on the surface of asphalt mixture containing salt-storing fiber decreased by 33%compared to regular asphalt mixture,effectively reducing the frozen adhesion strength.Based on the optimal proportion,the new environmentally friendly salt-storing deicing material for road application exhibits excellent melting capability and reduces adhesion during deicing.
