摘要
在矿山法隧道工程中,采用预制仰拱的方法可以加快施工速度、减少病害等,其中预制仰拱与隧道边墙的连接型式对隧道结构的安全性和施工的可操作性有影响。采用数值模拟方法,研究了平面连接、碗扣式榫槽连接、方形榫槽连接、螺栓连接或预留钢筋连接和现浇二次衬砌连接等五种预制仰拱与隧道边墙连接型式的接头力学特性。研究表明:螺栓连接较为可靠,其力学特性与整体现浇类似,但施工较为复杂;方形榫槽连接型式力学特性虽弱于螺栓连接,但也满足强度要求,且施工方便,推荐采用方形榫槽连接。研究成果可为矿山法隧道预制仰拱与隧道边墙连接的设计与施工提供参考。
The prefabricated inverted arches method can accelerate the construction speed and reduce disease in the tunnel engineering using mining method.The connection type between the prefabricated inverted arches and the tunnel sidewall affects the security of the tunnel structure and the operability of the construction.Through numerical simulation,the mechanical properties of five different connection types between the prefabricated invert and the tunnel sidewall are studied.The types includes plane connection,bowl-type tenon-slot connection,square tenon-slot connection,bolt connection or reserved reinforcement connection,and cast-in-place secondary lining connection.The results show that the bolt connection is relatively reliable,and the mechanical properties are similar to those of integral cast-in-place,but the construction is more complex.Although the mechanical properties of the square tenon joint are weaker than those of the bolt connection,they can still meet the strength requirement and is convenient to construct.Therefore,the square tenon-slot connection is proposed.The results can provide reference for the design and construction of the prefabricated inverted arches connecting and the tunnel sidewall connection in mining method tunnel projects.
