马克思主义妇女观同中国妇女运动的具体实际相结合,形成了中国化的马克思主义妇女理论,成为推动中国妇女解放和发展的行动指南。西藏和平解放70多年以来,特别是西藏民主改革以来,西藏广大妇女翻身得解放,成为国家的主人,积极投身于西藏革命、建设、改革的各项事业,政治、社会、经济地位发生了历史性的转变,在各自岗位上书写着不平凡的成就,用实际行动撑起了“半边天”。新征程上,为更好地推动西藏妇女发展,必须坚持党对西藏妇女工作的领导,发挥西藏妇联等社会组织的力量,不断提升西藏妇女的综合素质,依法实现好、维护好、发展好西藏妇女的切实利益。
