摘要
为探究西藏中小学音乐教师职业发展情况,研究运用PLS-SEM方法分析西藏地区109名中小学音乐教师职业认同、自我效能感和工作投入间的关系,并对其影响机制展开研究。结果发现:西藏中小学音乐教师职业认同和自我效能感均正向影响工作投入;职业认同正向影响自我效能感;自我效能感在职业认同和工作投入之间起部分中介作用;是否师范专业毕业与生育情况起到调节自我效能感在职业认同和工作投入关系间的中介效应作用。
In order to explore the professional development of primary and middle school music teachers in Xi⁃zang,PLS-SEM method is used to analyze the relationship between professional identity,self-efficacy and work engagement of 109 primary and middle school music teachers there,and investigate its influence mechanism.The results show that the professional identity and self-efficacy of primary and middle school music teachers pos⁃itively affect their work engagement;Their professional identity positively affects their self-efficacy,and their self-efficacy partially mediates the relationship between their professional identity and work engagement.The mediating role of self-efficacy in the relationship between professional identity and work engagement is moderat⁃ed by whether the teachers graduated from normal school and their fertility.
