摘要
提出一种抑制煤尘扩散的泡沫溶胶除尘新方法,研究了该技术的湿润性、黏附性及以气体为唯一动力源的泡沫溶胶制备系统.交联剂质量比为2%时,泡沫溶胶具有最佳的综合性能,能填充煤尘缝隙并在表面构建一层胶体薄膜,锁住煤层表面达到防治扬尘的目的.制备系统中静压与泡沫液流量、泡沫液流出体积及时间分别成线性关系,装置最佳工作气压为0.2 MPa;通过转载点煤尘抑制试验得出泡沫溶胶具有良好的控制煤尘的效果.
A new method of dust removal by using foam sol to inhibit coal dust diffusion is proposed,and the wettability and adhesion of the technology and the foam sol preparation system with gas as a sole power source are studied.When the mass ratio of cross-linking agent is 2%,the method has the best comprehensive performance,and it can fill gaps of the coal dust and construct a layer of colloidal film on the surface to achieve the goal of preventing and controlling dust.The hydrostatic pressure in the preparation system is linearly related to the flow rate,flow volume and time of the foam solution,and the best working pressure of the device is O.2 MPa.The coal dust suppression tests at the transshipment point show that the foam solution has a good effect of controlling coal dust.
