猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒NADC 30株的NSP 1分析

摘要 研究猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)NADC30株的NSP 1基因的生物信息。NSP 1基因全长1149 bp。NSP 1基因编码的蛋白质具有383个氨基酸,分子质量为43.2 kDa,等电点(pI)为8.95,属于疏水性蛋白,不稳定系数为51.21,属于不稳定蛋白,没有信号肽和跨膜螺旋结构。NSP 1基因编码的蛋白质具有多个强抗原性位点,亚细胞定位预测表明抗原性位点可能位于细胞质中。遗传进化分析显示,基因编码蛋白序列相对保守,没有发生氨基酸插入或缺失。NADC30株与SD-A19株的遗传距离较近,但与CHsx1401株的遗传距离较远。 The research objective was to study the biological information of NSP 1 gene of porcine reproducton and resprratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)NADC30 strain.The NSP 1 gene had a total length of 1149 bp.The protein encoded by NSP 1 gene had 383 amino acids,molecular weight of 43.2 kDa,isoelectric point(pI)of 8.95,belongs to hydrophobic protein,and instability coefficient of 51.21,belongs to unstable protein,and had no signal peptide and transmembrane spiral structure.The protein encoded by NSP 1 gene had multiple strong antigenicity sites,and the prediction of subcellular location,indicating that it was most likely located in the cytoplasm.The genetic evolution analysis shown that the protein sequence of NSP1 was relatively conservative and there was no amino acid insertion or deletion.The genetic distance between NADC30 strain and SD-A19 strain was close,but the genetic distance between NADC30 strain and CHsx1401 strain was far.
