RT-3D-TEE在二尖瓣脱垂中的综合应用进展

摘要 实时三维经食管超声心动图(real-time three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography,RT-3D-TEE)是一项全新的超声诊疗技术,它做到了三维超声心动图和经食管超声两者优势的完美结合,随之飞速发展在超声诊断以及外科领域的应用范围越来越广。二尖瓣脱垂(mitral valve prolapse,MVP)作为一种常见的器质性瓣膜病在心血管病领域不容忽视。由于二尖瓣瓣环复杂的三维“马鞍”结构,常规的二维超声心动图已无法满足超声医师以及临床外科医师对于二尖瓣脱垂“诊治一体化”进程的综合需求。本文从二尖瓣疾病手术前后诊治的不同阶段就实时三维经食管超声心动图(real-time three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography,RT-3D-TEE)联合二尖瓣定量分析软件(mitral valve quantification,MVQ)在二尖瓣脱垂中的综合应用及研究进展作一综述。 Real-time three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography is a brand-new ultrasound diagnosis and treatment technology,which achieves the perfect combination of the advantages of three-dimensional echocardiography and transesopha⁃geal ultrasound,and it has rapidly developed in the field of ultrasound diagnosis and surgery.As a common organic valvular dis⁃ease,mitral valve prolapse cannot be ignored in the field of cardiovascular disease.Due to the complex three-dimensional"saddle"structure of the mitral valve annulus,conventional two-dimensional echocardiography can no longer meet the compre⁃hensive needs of sonographers and clinical surgeons for the"integrated diagnosis and treatment"process of mitral valve prolapse.This article reviews the comprehensive application and research progress of real-time three-dimensional transesophageal echocar⁃diography combined with mitral valve quantitative analysis software in mitral valve prolapse from the different stages of the diag⁃nosis and treatment of mitral valve disease before and after surgery.
