Control Points of Installation,Test and Trial Operation of High Multiple Foam Fire Extinguishing System in LNG Receiving Station

针对LNG接收站集液池所配高倍数泡沫灭火系统在安装测试及试运行中存在的问题,以某接收站高倍数泡沫灭火系统为例,通过总结高倍数泡沫灭火系统的结构特点、工作原理和应用现状,对系统测试、试运行期间的水力试验、气密性测试、发泡效果试验和联锁测试应注意的问题进行了分析,并对高倍数泡沫灭火系统试运行过程中可能出现的泄漏、发泡效果差、通讯故障等问题提出了解决办法,为今后LNG高倍数泡沫灭火系统的系统选型和测试验收提供了参考。

In view of the problems existing in the installation,testing and trial operation of the high expansion foam fire extinguishing system in the liquid collection tank of LNG receiving station,taking the high expansion foam fire extinguishing system of a receiving station as an example,through the summary of the structure characteristics,working principle and application status of the high expansion foam fire extinguishing system The problems that should be paid attention to in system test,hydraulic test,air tightness test,foaming effect test and interlock test during trial operation are analyzed.Then,solutions to the leakage,poor foaming effect and communication failure in the trial operation of the high expansion foam fire extinguishing system are proposed,which provides a reference for the system selection,testing and acceptance of the LNG high expansion foam fire extinguishing system in the future.
