摘要
氧化法环己酮装置使用未干燥空气和30%碱液作为生产原料,生产过程中预处理后的外排废水COD约为3200 mg/L,对废水生化处理装置造成影响,故开展废水COD减排有十分重要的意义。该文对废水排放现状和改进方向做了分析和实验探索,通过源头减排、污污分治、改造萃取设施等手段开展外排废水COD减排实践。减排措施实施后,外排废水COD降至2200 mg/L以下,满足公司对该排放点的内部考核要求。
The cyclohexanone oxidation plant uses undried air and 30%lye as production raw materials.The COD of the effluent wastewater after pretreatment in the production process is about 3200 mg/L,wastewater biochemical treatment device.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out COD emission reduction in wastewater.In this paper,the current situation and improvement direction of wastewater discharge are analyzed and explored.The COD emission reduction practice of effluent wastewater are carried out by means of source emission reduction,sewage separation and treatment,and retrofit extraction facility.After the emission reduction measures are implemented,the COD of the discharged wastewater is reduced to below 2200 mg/L,which meets the company's internal assessment requirements for the discharge point.
