大型供热机组双背压双转子互换供热节能实践

摘要 介绍了高背压循环水供热改造技术,并在此基础上引入了双背压的设计概念,通过掌握关键核心技术,实现了大容量供热式汽轮机组通过低压缸双转子互换的方式运行,在保障运行安全的前提下,最大限度地提高汽轮机供热能力、消除冷端损失,降低年平均能耗水平。 This paper introduces the high back pressure circulating water heating transformation technology,and on this basis introduces the design concept of double back pressure.Through the master of key core technologies,the large-capacity heating turbine unit is realized to run through the dual-rotor interchanging mode of low pressure cylinder.Under the premise of ensuring the operation safety,the heating capacity of the turbine can be increased to the maximum extent and the cold end loss can be eliminated,so then it reduces the average annual energy consumption level.
