基于V型开发模式的FSAE赛车传动系统开发

摘要 传动系统是大学生方程式赛车的重要组成部分,开发出可靠高效的传动系统是提升赛车竞争力的关键之一。赛车传动系统的开发涉及多个设计计算与校核优化环节,基于传统的瀑布式开发流程往往存在容错代价高昂和效率低的问题。文章将V型开发模式引入大学生方程式赛车传动系统的开发,对赛车传动系统开发的各个环节进行统筹规划,优化了协作方式,实现了设计计算与校核优化环节的交互并行,有效提高开发效率。相较于传统的瀑布式开发模式,实践结果证明将V型开发模式引入大学生方程式传动系统的开发使得开发周期缩短了23.81%,系统总成减重2.54%,赛车的性能测试也取得了较为理想的结果。 The transmission system is an important part of the FSAE(Formula Society of Automo-tive Engineers)racing car.Developing a reliable and efficient transmission system is one of the keys to improving the competitiveness of the racing cars.The development of the transmission system involves multiple design calculations and verification optimization.Traditional waterfall development processes are often costly fault tolerance and inefficient.This paper introduces the V-shaped development mode into the development of the transmission system,makes overall planning for all aspects of the transmission system development,optimizes the collaboration mode,realizes the interaction and parallel of design calculation and check optimization,and improves development efficiency effectively.Compared with the traditional waterfall development mode,the practical results have proved that the introduction of the V-shaped development mode into the development of the transmission system shortens the development cycle by 23.81%,reduces the weight of the transmission system by 2.54%,and achieves ideal results in the performance test of the racing car.
