基于ANSYS的牵引座支腿有限元分析

摘要 以牵引座支腿为研究对象,通过改变结构减轻质量、减少应力集中,达到提高结构安全系数以及轻量化的目的。首先建立牵引座支腿及安装板的三维模型,利用ANSYS对牵引座支腿静态加载工况进行了有限元分析;其次分别对比相同结构、不同厚度以及相同厚度、不同结构下的各支腿强度,从而确定出最优化结构;最后将该产品与现有成熟产品作对比分析。结果表明,在质量降低了8.2%的前提下,安全系数相比现有成熟产品增加了23%,既提升了产品的强度,又减轻了质量,优化较为合理,同时为今后的牵引座支腿优化设计提供了依据。 Taking the traction seat legs as the research object,by changing the structure,reducing the weight and reducing the stress concentration,the purpose of improving the safety factor of the structure and lightweight is achieved.Firstly,a three-dimensional model of the traction seat legs and mounting plate is established,and the static loading condition of the traction seat leg is analyzed by using ANSYS;Secondly compares the strength of each leg under the same structure,different thickness,and the same thickness and different structures,so as to determine the optimal structure;Finally,the product is compared with the existing mature products.The results show that under the premise of reducing the quality by 8.2%,the safety factor is increased by 23%compared with the existing mature products,which not only improves the strength of the product,but also reduces the weight,and the optimization is more reasonable,and at the same time provides a basis for the optimization design of the traction seat legs in the future.
