摘要
采用行为事件访谈法访谈了32位高校职业指导教师,对访谈文本进行分析和行为编码,比较绩优组与普通组高校职业指导教师的差异,构建了具有16项胜任特征的高校职业指导教师胜任力模型,该模型包括人格特质特征、知识技能特征、组织管理特征及创新素养特征四个特征群,并简述了胜任力模型在教师选聘、培养、考核管理和职业发展方面的应用情况。
This study involved behavioral event interviews with 32 university career guidance teachers,followed by an analysis and behavioral coding of the interview texts.It compared the differences between high-performing and average groups of these teachers.Based on this,a competency model for university career guidance teachers with 16 distinct characteristics was developed.This model encompasses four clusters of traits:personality traits,knowledge and skills,organizational management,and innovative literacy.The study also briefly discusses the application of this competency model in various aspects of teacher management,including recruitment,training,performance assessment,and professional development.
