社会支持对幼儿园教师职业韧性的影响研究——基于J省的实证研究

The Impact of Social Support on the Professional Resilience of Kindergarten Teachers——An Empirical Study in J Province

职业韧性对幼儿园教师专业发展有重要影响,它能够帮助幼儿园教师克服困难、缓解压力、重新拥有积极的心理状态。研究采用问卷调查法,选取J省687位教师作为研究对象,探究社会支持对幼儿园教师职业韧性的影响。结果发现,幼儿园教师的职业韧性总体呈现中等偏上水平;社会支持各维度(包括客观支持、主观支持、支持利用度)与职业韧性各维度(包括克服困难、应对压力、恢复活力)均存在显著正相关;教师不同的个人背景与社会支持、职业韧性得分显著相关。建议从多方关注幼儿园教师职业韧性的培养、多措并举提升幼儿园教师的客观支持、帮助幼儿园教师提高社会支持的主观感知能力三个方面,提升幼儿园教师职业韧性的水平。

Professional resilience plays a significant role in the professional development of kindergarten teachers,helping them overcome difficulties,alleviate stress,and maintain a positive psychological state.This study employed a survey method,involving 687 teachers from J Province,to explore the impact of social support on the professional resilience of kindergarten teachers.The results indicate that the overall level of professional resilience among kindergarten teachers is moderately high.There is a significant positive correlation between various dimensions of social support(objective support,subjective support,and support utilization)and aspects of professional resilience(overcoming difficulties,coping with stress,and regaining vitality).Additionally,there is a notable correlation between teachers personal backgrounds and their scores in social support and professional resilience.The study suggests focusing on the development of professional resilience in kindergarten teachers,implementing various strategies to increase objective support,and enhancing teachers perception of social support as key areas to improve the level of professional resilience among kindergarten teachers.
