摘要
建立了超高效液相色谱仪测定皮革中海军蓝的方法。试验通过超声提取皮革中的海军蓝,用超高效液相色谱仪进行测定,外标法定量。结果表明:海军蓝在1~20 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,方法检出限为10 mg/kg,回收率在89.0%~100.9%之间,相对标准偏差RSD在1.9%~3.0%之间。该方法具有操作简单、快速、准确度高等优点,可用于皮革中海军蓝的批量检测。
An effective method is established for determination of Navy Blue in leather by ultra-performance liq⁃uid chromatography(UPLC).Navy Blue in leather is extracted by ultrasound and quantified by external stan⁃dard method.The results show that the linear relationship of Navy Blue in the range of 1.0-20.0 mg/L is good,and the detection limit of the method is 10 mg/kg,the recovery is between 89.0%and 100.9%,and the relative standard deviation is between 1.9%and 3.0%.The method features simple and rapid operations,as well as ac⁃curate testing results.It can be used for the detection of batch samples.
