铜电解专用行车智能化研发与应用

摘要 传统铜电解生产极板转运主要依靠通用行车搭配手动吊具半自动生产,技术比较落后,生产效率低,安全隐患多,无法适应大规模自动化生产需求。针对此类问题,从性能和安全两大主题对铜电解专用行车的智能化研发成果进行介绍,分别分析了铜电解专用行车自动定位、智能调度、无人行车等提高性能的系统应用以及激光防撞系统、绝缘在线检测、短路识别系统等确保安全的技术原理及应用情况。实践证明,无人智能行车的实现极大地提高了铜冶炼的生产效率,减轻了工人劳动强度,可以在有色金属电解行业推广使用。 In response to the basic conditions that traditional copper electrolytic production electrode plate operation mainly relies on ordinary cranes used along with manual lifting tools for semi-automatic production,which leads to low production efficiency and fails to satisfy production needs.This paper introduces the intelligent research&development achievements of dedicated copper electrolytic cranes from two main topics:performance and safety.The analysis is made on the system applications that improve performance,such as automatic positioning,intelligent scheduling,and unmanned cranes for dedicated crane,and the principle and application of technologies such as laser anti-collision system,insulation online detection,short circuit identification system to ensure safety.Practice has proven that the successful application of unmanned intelligent crane greatly improves the production efficiency of copper smelting,reduces the labor intensity of workers,and can be promoted and used in the non-ferrous electrolysis industry.
