为建立并有效实施现代医院管理制度,加强医院财务预算管理、成本核算,实施医院财务精细化管理,医院必须实现财务信息化。文章结合实际,从系统建设架构、系统流程方案等方面全面阐述如何构建医院财务信息化及产生的预期效果。

In order to establish and effectively implement the modern hospital management system,strengthen the financial budget management as well as cost accounting,and implement the financial refinement management,the hospital must achieve the financial informatization.Based on the current situation,this paper comprehensively expounds how to achieve hospital financial informatization and its expected effect in terms of the architecture of system construction,the scheme of system process and some other aspects.
