认知重建教育在提高乳腺癌患者术后依从性中的应用效果研究

摘要 目的探讨认知重建教育在提高乳腺癌患者术后依从性的效果。方法将我院2022年3月~8月收治的75例乳腺癌患者,按照随机数字表随机分为对照组(37例)和观察组(38例)。对照组采用传统的方法进行健康教育,观察组采用认知重建教育的方法,对乳腺癌术后患者进行健康教育。比较两组患者术后并发症发生率、疾病知识掌握程度及患者的满意度等,并分析护理效果。结果观察组疾病知识掌握程度及护理工作满意度均较对照组高;术后并发症的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论认知重建教育的健康教育模式是一种对乳腺癌患者切实可行的教育方法,有助于深化优质护理内涵,促进患者康复,提高护理工作满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of cognitive reconstruction education on improving postoperative com⁃pliance of breast cancer patients.Methods 75 patients with breast cancer treated in our hospital between March and August 2022.The patients were randomly divided into control group(37 cases)and observation group(38cases).The control group was given health education by traditional methods.In the observation group,cogni⁃tive reconstruction education was used to provide health education to the patients after breast cancer operation.The incidence of postoperative complications,knowledge of diseases and patients'satisfaction were compared be⁃tween the two groups,and the nursing effect was analyzed.Results The degree of disease knowledge and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,The incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Con⁃clusions The health education mode of cognitive reconstruction education is a practical education method for breast cancer patients,which is helpful to deepen the connotation of high-quality nursing,promote the recovery of patients and improve the satisfaction of nursing work.
