摘要
在医学影像科住院医师规范化培训过程中发现,传统的住院医师培训模式已经不能适应新时代的培训需要,而以PACS系统为基础的PBL和CBL教学法,通过问题导向分析影像病例,将临床与影像结合起来,借助影像思维和手段锻炼住院医师的临床实践能力,充分调动住院医师的学习积极性和主动性,是对传统培训方式的再创新,有利于教学效果和实践能力的提高,为住院医师规范化培训工作提供了新思路。全程导师制能够更好地了解每名学员的学习态度、知识掌握程度,通过典型病例的问答学习、建立师生联合学习课堂及师生双向考评系统等多种方式对学生进行动态管理及教学督导。
In the process of standardized training of medical imaging residents,it is found that the previous residen⁃cy training model is difficult to fully mobilize residents'interest in learning and cultivate their ability to learn in⁃dependently,and no longer meet the training needs of the new era.The PBL and CBL pedagogy based on the PACS system is a re-innovation of traditional training methods combining clinical practice with imaging by ana⁃lyzing imaging cases problem-oriented,exercising the clinical practice ability of residents with the help of imag⁃ing thinking and means,and fully mobilizing the enthusiasm and initiative of residents in learning,which is con⁃ducive to the improvement of teaching effect and practical ability.It provides new ideas for standardized training for residents.The whole tutor system can better understand the learning attitude and mastery of each student,and carry out dynamic management and teaching supervision for students through various ways such as questionand-answer learning of typical cases,the establishment of teacher-student joint learning classrooms and teacherstudent two-way evaluation systems.
