有效性反思作为研究视角,对推进高校思想政治工作改革创新具有重要意义。文章运用马克思主义认识论和实践论科学方法,分析思想政治工作制度、协同、供给和评价的有效性。从科学性、适应性和生命力分析制度建设的有效性,从课内课外、线上线下、校内校外资源要素的整合探讨有效协同,从供给端的亲和力、需求端的获得感、改革端的针对性思考有效供给,从目标达成、效能优化和效果改善实施有效评价,促进高校思想政治工作渐进式改进和螺旋式提升。

As an important research perspective,effectiveness reflection is of great significance to promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.Based on the scientific methods of Marxist epistemology and practice theory,this paper analyzes the effectiveness of ideological and political work system,coordination,supply and evaluation.It is necessary to think about the effectiveness of the construction of ideological and political work system from the perspective of scientificity,adaptability and vitality;to think about the effective coordination of ideological and political work from the integration of in-class and out-of-class,online and offline,on-campus and off-campus resource elements;to think about the effective supply of ideological and political work from the affinity of supply end,the sense of acquisition of demand end and the pertinence of reform end;and to think about the effective evaluation of ideological and political work from the goal achievement,efficiency optimization and effect improvement.
