摘要
国内外线上诊疗话语研究仍处于初期阶段,相关情感互动研究更是匮乏。鉴于此,本文基于话语分析视角下的情感概念和情感实践内涵,扩展Stevanovic和Per kyl(2014)的言行识别秩序理论中的情绪秩序,提出相应的分析框架,分析我国线上诊疗中患者和医生的情感互动文本。研究发现,医生和患者情感互动话语的认识层面、权义层面、情感层面相互关联,情感互动可以依靠话语的认识维度和权义维度实现。希望本文为研究医患情感互动提供新视角,促进相关学者关注诊疗中的情感问题,为线上诊疗语言抚慰能力建设提供相关启示。
Discourse-related research on online medical consultation(OMC)is still in its infancy abroad and at home and studies on the affective dimension of the OMC discourse is extremely under-researched.This paper views affect from a discourse-analysis perspective.Drawing upon the concept of affect and affective practice,it develops a framework—three orders in action recognition—proposed by Stevanovic and Per kyl(2014).With the developed framework,this paper analyses affective interaction between doctors and patients in text-based online medical consultations.Findings show that epistemic facet,deontic facet,and affective facet in the affective interaction are related with each other.Affective interaction can be carried out through epistemic stance and deontic stance.This paper may contribute to a new perspective for studying affective interaction in the clinical context and draw scholars attention to the affective dimension of doctor-patient interaction.It may also provide some implications for improving health professionals communicative competence in terms of demonstrating empathy in the online context.
