外源油菜素内酯对现蕾期苦荞生理特性及产量的影响

摘要 以苦荞品种‘川荞1号’为材料,采用盆栽试验,设置0(对照,CK)、0.05 mg∕L(Y1)、0.10 mg∕L(Y2)、0.15 mg∕L(Y3)油菜素内酯(BR)溶液,现蕾期通过叶面喷施的方法,旨在明确BR对苦荞生理特性、产量和品质的影响。结果表明:外源BR溶液处理均能增加苦荞株高、茎粗、主茎节数和有效分枝数,其中以Y3处理效果最显著;BR处理能有效调节苦荞植株的生理特性,促进荞麦叶片可溶性蛋白的积累,减缓叶绿素含量的降解,有效降低丙二醛(MDA)的积累量;BR处理的籽粒千粒重和单株粒重均高于CK,对籽粒品质改善明显,Y3处理可显著提升可溶性蛋白含量,Y2处理对可溶性糖和黄酮含量提升效果最佳。综上,适宜浓度的BR处理能促进苦荞生长、改善叶片生理特性、提高苦荞产量及品质。 The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of exogenous Brassinolide(BR)on physiological characters,yields and qualities of tartary buckwheat[Fagopyrum tataricum(L.)Gaertn.].Pot experiments were conducted using‘Chuanqiao No.1’as materials.The tested BR levels included 0(CK),0.05 mg∕L(Y1),0.10 mg∕L(Y2),0.15 mg∕L(Y3)for Foliar spray of at the squaring stage.The results showed that exogenous BR could increase plant height,stem diameter,node number of main stem and effective branch number of tartary buckwheat,and Y3 treatment had the most significant effect;BR treatment can effectively regulate the physiological characteristics of tartary buckwheat plants,promote the accumulation of soluble protein in buckwheat leaves,slow down the degradation of chlorophyll content in senescent buckwheat leaves,and effectively reduce the accumulation of MDA;The 1000 grain weight and grain weight per plant of BR treatment were higher than CK treatment,which significantly improved grain quality,and Y3 treatment significantly increased the contents of soluble protein,Y2 treatment had the best effect on the content of soluble sugar and flavonoids.In conclusion,Br treatment with appropriate concentration can promote the growth of tartary buckwheat,improve the physiological characteristics of leaves,improve the yield and quality of tartary buckwheat.
