线丽毒蛾的鉴定、生物学特性及在上海地区的发生情况

Identification,biological characteristics of Calliteara grotei and its occurrence in Shanghai

根据雄性外生殖器特征及分子生物学方法,将发生于上海的一种毒蛾鉴定为线丽毒蛾Calliteara grotei(Moore),同时对其卵、幼虫、蛹及成虫的形态进行了描述;通过室内饲养与野外调查,确定线丽毒蛾在上海一年发生3代,幼虫共5个龄期,越冬代、第一代和第二代成虫发生高峰期分别出现在4月上中旬、7月上旬和9月上旬。线丽毒蛾在上海各地的为害程度有差异,从轻度为害至重度为害均有发生,寄主植物中以红叶石楠与悬铃木遭害程度最重。

Based on the characteristics of male genitalia and molecular biology methods,a tussock moth occurred in Shanghai was identified as Calliteara grotei(Moore).The morphology of eggs,larvae,pupae and adults were described.Through indoor feeding and field investigation,it was confirmed that C.grotei occurs in 3 generations a year in Shanghai,with a total of 5 instars of larvae.The adult peak of the overwintering generation,the first generation and the second generation occurs in early-middle April,early July and early September,respectively.The degree of damage of the moth varied from mild to severe in different areas.Among the host plants,Photinia×fraseri and Platanus spp.were the most degree of damage.
