基于合约博弈的企业自主部署光伏激励机制

摘要 针对企业自主光伏发电和购电单位之间的信息不对称特点,提出了一种基于信息不对称的企业光伏发电并网激励机制,以鼓励企业主动部署光伏发电设备并将电能并网.将不同配置光伏发电企业的电能贡献分成有限类型,并对电网和企业之间的电能购买合约进行建模,分析了合约存在的约束条件,并总结出企业光伏发电并网激励最优合约获取算法.数值模拟表明,文中方法可以激励企业部署光伏发电设备并诚实告知其发电量,从而使全县的电力购置效率接近信息对称情况. In view of the information asymmetry between enterprises′independent photovoltaic power generation and power purchasing units,a grid connected incentive mechanism for enterprises′photovoltaic power generation based on information asymmetry is proposed to encourage enterprises to actively deploy photovoltaic power generation equipment and grid connect electric energy.Firstly,the power contribution of photovoltaic power generation enterprises with different configurations is divided into limited types,and the power purchase contract between the grid and the enterprise is modeled.Then,the constraint conditions of the contract are analyzed.Finally,the optimal contract acquisition algorithm for photovoltaic power generation grid connection incentive is summarized.Numerical simulation shows that this method can encourage enterprises to deploy photovoltaic power generation equipment and honestly inform their power generation capacity,so that the power purchase efficiency of the whole county is close to the information symmetry.
