近代农村复兴视域下的农村人才培养及其镜鉴

The Cultivation of Rural Talents and Its Reflection From the Perspective of Modern“Rural Revival”

近代农村复兴,离不开人才这个第一资源,故教育是农村复兴之路的基础。在中央苏区,中国共产党运用识字扫盲、技能培训、习性培养、信念教育等形式培养农村人才,人才数量的剧增为近代农村建设夯实了基础。综观近代农村人才的培养,由基础性人才教育、技能型人才教育、管理型人才教育、补充型人才教育等多层次教育形式架构成的现代农村人才培养体系已具雏形。虽然近代农村人才培养较以往受到重视,取得了一定成绩,但近代“农村复兴”的任务依然无法实现。其重要原因是近代中国最迫切的任务是驱赶外国侵略者,实现民族独立和国家解放。这个问题没有解决,“农村复兴运动”必然呈现“复而不兴”的结局。回顾与反思近代农村人才培养历史,可为当下乡村振兴人才建设提供镜鉴。

The revival of modern rural areas is inseparable from talents which are the first resource.Education is the foundation of rural revitalization.In the Central Soviet Area,the Communist Party of China trained rural talents in the form of literacy,skill training,habit training,faith education,etc.The rapid increase in the number of talents laid a solid foundation for modern rural construction.Looking at the cultivation of modern rural talents,the modern rural talents training system,composed of basic talents education,skilled talents education,management talents education,supplementary talents education and other multi-level education forms,has taken shape.Although the cultivation of rural talents in modern times has been paid more attention than before and has made some achievements,the task of“rural revival”in modern times still cannot be realized.The important reason is that the most urgent task of modern China is to drive out foreign invaders and realize national independence and national liberation.If this problem is not solved,the“rural revival movement”will inevitably show the end of“revival but not prosperity”.Reviewing and reflecting on the history of modern rural talent training can provide a mirror for the current rural talent construction.
