Patent layout is very important for enterprises to form effective high-value patent protection,and it is an important way for enterprises to produce high-quality patents.However,in the new intellectual property environment,there is little literature explaining how to utilize micro layout of patents to form a high-quality patent protection system at the specific execution level.Through the analysis of the concept,specific considerations,and implementation of the micro layout of patents,this paper esplains the basis for the allocation of patent claims and the implementation of patent combinations,which has guiding significance for the technical protection of innovative entities.
