目前,老年冠心病患者的数量众多,且多数患者存在预后不良的情况。而在新型护理干预方案中,家庭远程心脏康复作为一种有效可行的传统心脏康复替代方案,可有效提高老年冠心病患者的康复效果。本文通过介绍家庭远程心脏康复的具体概念、实施方案等,阐述其在老年冠心病患者的应用现状、临床效果和成本效益,分析家庭远程心脏康复实施的影响因素,为临床医护人员对老年冠心病患者开展针对性的家庭远程心脏康复工作提供参考,以期提高患者康复效果和医疗服务质量。

Currently,there were a large number of elderly patients with coronary heart disease,and most patients had poor prognosis.Among new nursing intervention programs,home remote rehabilitation,as an effective and feasible alternative to traditional cardiac rehabilitation,can effectively improve the rehabilitation effects of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.This article introduced the specific concepts and implementation plans of home-based remote cardiac rehabilitation,explains its application status,clinical effects and cost-effectiveness in elderly patients with coronary heart disease,analyzed the influencing factors of the implementation of home-based remote cardiac rehabilitation,and provided clinical medical staff with information on elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Provide a reference for patients to carry out targeted home remote rehabilitation work,with a view to improving patient rehabilitation effects and medical service quality.
