老年高血压患者认知衰弱的影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors of cognitive decline in elderly patients with hypertension

目的 了解老年高血压患者认知衰弱的影响因素,为开展老年高血压患者的认知衰弱干预和管理提供科学的参考依据。方法 于2021年10月—2022年4月选取143例老年高血压患者,采用一般资料问卷和Fried衰弱表型量表和蒙特利尔认知评估量表进行调查。将其中诊断为认知衰弱的25例患者作为认知衰弱组,未被诊断为认知衰弱的118例患者为非认知衰弱组。利用单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析筛选老年高血压患者认知衰弱的影响因素。结果 多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,生活质量、体力活动水平是老年高血压患者认知衰弱的影响因素(P<0.05);生活质量越差、体力活动水平越低的老年高血压患者发生认知衰弱的风险越高。结论 生活质量和体力活动是老年高血压患者认知衰弱的影响因素,生活质量越差、体力活动水平越低的老年高血压患者发生认知衰弱的风险越高。

Objective To understand the influencing factors of cognitive decline in elderly patients with hypertension,and provide scientific reference basis for intervention and management of cognitive decline in elderly patients with hypertension was as the study subject.Methods A total of 143 elderly patients with hypertension from October 2021 to April 2022 were selected and investigated using the general information questionnaire,Fried frailty phenotype scale and Montreal cognitive assessment scale.Among them,25 patients diagnosed with cognitive frailty were included in the cognitive frailty group,and 118 patients who were not diagnosed with cognitive frailty were included in the non-cognitive frailty group.Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to screen the influencing factors of cognitive decline in elderly patients with hypertension.Results Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the living quality and physical activity level were influencing factors of cognitive frailty in elderly patients with hypertension(P<0.05);the worse the quality of life and the lower the level of physical activity,the higher the risk of cognitive decline in elderly patients with hypertension.Conclusion The living quality and physical activity level were influencing factors of cognitive frailty in elderly patients with hypertension,the worse the quality of life and the lower the level of physical activity,the higher the risk of cognitive frailty in elderly patients with hypertension.
