围放疗期多元化个体性护理对颈段食管癌患者放疗并发症的效果观察

Observation on the effect of diversified individual nursing during peri-radiotherapy period on radiotherapy complications in patients with cervical esophageal cancer

目的 探讨围放疗期多元化个体性护理对颈段食管癌患者放疗并发症的效果观察。方法 选取医院2019年6月—2022年6月进行首次放射治疗的颈段食管癌患者104例为研究对象,按照组间基线特征均衡可比的原则将患者分为对照组和观察组,各52例。对照组采用放疗常规护理,观察组在此基础上从改善营养护理着手,实施多元化个体性护理,比较两种护理模式对患者围放疗期并发症的影响。结果观察组患者的血浆白蛋白、前白蛋白、血清转铁蛋白、血浆总蛋白值均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者口腔溃疡I级及以上发生总例数少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 多元化个体性护理对颈段食管癌围放疗期并发症的发生具有积极影响,能有效降低放疗并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of diversified individual nursing during peri-radiotherapy period on radiotherapy complications in patients with cervical esophageal cancer.Methods To select 104 patients with cervical esophageal cancer who underwent first radiotherapy in the hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 as the research subjects,the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of balanced and comparable baseline characteristics between groups,with 52 cases in each group.The control group received routine radiotherapy care,and the observation group started with improved nutritional care and implemented diversified individual care to compare the effects of the two nursing models on peri-radiotherapy complications.Results The plasma albumin,prealbumin,serum transferrin,and total plasma protein values of the patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total number of oral ulcers grade I and above in the patients in the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified individualized nursing had a positive impact on the occurrence of peri-radiotherapy complications for cervical esophageal cancer,and can effectively reduce the incidence of radiotherapy complications and improve patients' quality of life.
