摘要
老化油是石油化工企业常见的一种污染物,因其乳化絮凝严重、沉降性能极差、油回收率低,导致其处理难度较大。以新疆油田老化油为研究对象,进行了破乳脱水实验。实验结果表明,当油水比1∶4,加热温度50℃,搅拌速度为180 r/min,H2SO4溶液加量1.6 mg/L,FeSO_(4)加量400 mg/L,H_(2)O_(2)加量0.25%,加热搅拌60 min,PAM加量35 mg/L,离心机转速2400 r/min,离心时间15 min时,处理后的油含水率低于0.50%,达到了原油外输的标准。
Aging oil is a common pollutant in petrochemical enterprises,which is difficult to treat due to its severe emulsification and flocculation,poor settling performance and low oil recovery rate.A demulsification and dehydration experiment was conducted on aged oil from Xinjiang oilfield as the research object.The experiment shows that when the oil-water ratio is 1∶4,the heating temperature is 50℃,the stirring speed is 180 r/min,the sulfuric acid solution dosage is 1.6 mg/L,the FeSO_(4) dosage is 400 mg/L,the H_(2)O_(2) dosage is 0.25%,the heating stirring is 60 minutes,the PAM dosage is 35 mg/L,the centrifuge speed is 2400 r/min,and the centrifugation time is 15 minutes,the water content of the treated oil is less than 0.50%,meeting the standard for crude oil transportation.
