长链烷基羧酸甜菜碱表面活性剂放量生产工艺优化

摘要 驱油剂在稠油热采-复合驱提高原油采收率中起到非常重要的作用,而稠油热采用驱油剂通常为表面活性剂类产品。本文合成了一种长链烷基羧酸甜菜碱表面活性剂,并确定了最佳合成配方为:十六烷基二甲基胺与氯乙酸钠的摩尔比为1.0∶1.1,溶剂体系中乙醇与水的体积比为1∶2,氯乙酸钠加料方式为溶液缓慢滴加,反应温度为80℃,反应时间9 h。此外还对合成的表面活性剂进行了一系列评价,从热稳定性看,产品在200℃老化60 d依然具备较低表面张力;从驱油效率来看,在水驱基础上提高了15.4%。通过实验,确认合成的长链烷基羧酸甜菜碱表面活性剂具有良好的驱油能力及耐温能力。 Oil displacement agents play a very important role in enhancing crude oil recovery in heavy oil thermal recovery composite flooding,and heavy oil thermal displacement agents are usually surfactants.This article synthesized a long chain alkyl carboxylic acid betaine surfactant and determined the optimal synthesis formula as follows,cetyldimethylamine and nsodium chloroacetate molar material ratio of 1.0∶1.1,solvent system of ethanol and water volume ratio of 1∶2,sodium chloroacetate feeding method of solution slowly dripping,reaction temperature of 80℃,reaction time of 9 hours.In addition,a series of evaluations were conducted on the synthesized surfactant.From the perspective of thermal stability,the product still has low surface tension after 60 days of aging at 200℃.From the perspective of oil displacement efficiency,it has increased by 15.4%on the basis of water flooding.Through experiments,it was confirmed that the synthesized long chain alkyl carboxylic acid betaine surfactant has good oil displacement ability and temperature resistance.
