脂质分子诱导胰岛素抵抗的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 以肥胖和2型糖尿病为代表的代谢紊乱性疾病已经成为21世纪所面临的严重公共健康问题。胰岛素抵抗在这类疾病的发病机制中具有重要意义。肥胖与胰岛素抵抗密切相关。导致胰岛素抵抗的不是肥胖引起的三酰甘油的堆积,而是脂毒性所引起的血浆中一系列脂质含量的增加。目前尚没有较全面的综述分析各类脂质分子在胰岛素抵抗中的作用。文章总结了脂质分子诱导胰岛素抵抗的作用机制和差异性分析,以期为有关治疗措施提供理论依据。 Metabolic disorders represented by obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus have become serious public health issues facing the 21st century.Insulin resistance plays an important role in the pathogenesis of these diseases.Obesity is closely related to insulin resistance.What causes insulin resistance is not the accumulation of triacylglycerols caused by obesity,but the increase in a series of lipid contents in plasma caused by lipotoxicity.However,there is still no comprehensive review analyzing the role of various lipid molecules in insulin resistance.This review therefore summarizes the mechanism and differential analysis of lipid-induced insulin resistance and aims to provide theoretical basis for relevant treatment measures.
