白内障手术对老年人认知功能影响的研究进展

年龄相关性白内障是50岁以上中老年人视力下降的最常见原因。严重的白内障可导致患者生活质量大幅下降并影响其认知功能。近年来的流行病学的证据表明,白内障手术后患者的认知能力显著提升,但具体程度及机制有待进一步的研究。文章回顾了白内障手术改善老年人认知功能的临床研究文献;综合分析了通过白内障手术改善患者认识功能的可能机制;展望了通过白内障手术提升老年人认知功能的研究和应用前景。

Age-related cataract is the most common cause of visual impairment in people over the age of 50.Severe cataracts can lead to a significant reduction in quality of life and affect cognitive function.In recent years,epidemiological evidence shows that the cognitive ability of patients after cataract surgery is significantly improved,but the specific degree and mechanism need to be further studied.This paper reviewed the clinical literature on cataract surgery to improve cognitive function in the elderly,comprehensivelyanalyzed the possible mechanism of improving cognitive function through cataract surgery,and looked forward to the research and application prospects of improving cognitive function of elderly people through cataract surgery.
