可吸收创伤止血材料合理使用的监管研究

医用耗材的精细化管理和合理使用一直都是国家及医疗机构的关注重点。文章通过对可吸收创伤止血材料的论证遴选,使得品规数压减35.48%;实行可吸收创伤止血材料合理使用监管和点评后,总使用量和人均用量均分别下降58.93%和32.77%。管理部门提高对可吸收创伤止血材料的管理意识,完善全流程管理,可有效促进可吸收创伤止血材料的管理规范化、使用合理化,并对其他耗材的合理使用管理提供借鉴。

The refined management and rational use of medical consumables have always been the focus of the country and medical institutions.Through the demonstration and selection of absorbable wound hemostasis materials,the article reduces the number of catalog items was reduced by 35.48%.After the implementation of supervision and reviews on the rational use of absorbable trauma hemostatic materials,the total usage and per capita usage decreased by 58.93%and 32.77%respectively.Via improving the management awareness of absorbable trauma hemostatic materials and thewhole process management,the management departments can effectively promote the standardization of management and rational use of absorbable trauma hemostatic materials,and provide reference for the appropriate use and management of other consumables.
