新型复合骨科内置物的生物力学研究进展

摘要 不锈钢和钛等金属一直是作为传统骨科内置物的最常用材料,但其在临床上仍然存在着耐磨性差导致的松动和应力屏蔽导致的骨愈合强度差等生物力学局限。新型复合骨科内置物因其优良的生物相容性、高强度、良好的耐磨性等优异的生物力学性能在骨科内置物中备受关注。为评估和提升新型骨科内置物的性能,确保其安全性和有效性,研究其生物力学性能对骨科内置物至关重要。文章结合近年来新型复合内置物在创伤骨科、关节骨科、脊柱骨科、临床前的潜在研究四个方面的生物力学研究进展进行综述,以期为新型骨科内置物的临床应用提供有价值的参考。 Metals such asstainless steel and titanium have always been the most commonly used materials for traditional orthopedic implants,but they still have biomechanical limitations such as loosening caused by poor wear resistance and poor bone healing strength caused by stress shielding.New composite orthopedic implants have attracted much attention in orthopedic implants because of their excellent biomechanical properties such as excellent biocompatibility,high strength and good wear resistance.In order to evaluate and improve the performance of new orthopedic implants and ensure their safety and effectiveness,it is very important to study their biomechanical properties.This article reviews the recent progress in biomechanics of new composite implants in trauma orthopedics,joint orthopedics,spinal orthopedics,and preclinical potential research,in order to provide valuable references for the clinical application of new orthopedic implants.
