高铁开通对物流业发展影响的实证研究

Empirical Study on the Impact of the Opening of High-Speed Railway on the Development of Logistics Industry

促进物流业的高质量发展是建设现代化产业体系的一个重要方面,也是内循环发展格局的重要环节,高铁网建设的不断进展使铁路运输能力得到质的飞跃,探讨和分析高铁货运以及高铁开通对物流业的影响具有现实意义和必要性。依据运输业和物流业发展现状及规划发展的相关文件,论证了高铁开通对物流业的影响机制,建立物流业综合水平测度指标,通过PSM-DID模型实证分析高铁对物流发展的影响,进行异质性检验、机制检验等。研究表明:高铁开通对城市区域物流发展水平整体上具有促进作用;高铁对物流业的影响与该城市的规模、等级、地理位置以及运输业市场结构密切相关;高铁对物流业的影响主要通过区域经济增长、货运运输量提升、物流人力资本提升等途径实现。

Promoting the high-quality development of the logistics industry is an important aspect of building a modern industrial system and an important link in the internal circulation development pattern.The continuous progress of high-speed railway network construction has substantially enhanced railway transportation capacity.It is of great practical significance to analyze the high-speed railway freight and impact of opening high-speed railway on the logistics industry.Based on the current development status and planning of the transportation and logistics industries,this paper demonstrates the impact mechanism of opening high-speed railway on the logistics industry.The researchers have established a comprehensive level measurement index for the logistics industry,made an empirical analysis on the impact of high-speed railway on logistics development by adopting the PSM-DID model,and conducted heterogeneity and mechanism tests.Research findings have shown that the opening of high-speed railway has a positive effect on the overall level of regional logistics development in cities;The impact is closely related to the size,level,geographical location,and transportation market structure of the city;It is mainly achieved through regional economic growth,increased freight volume,and increased logistics human capital.
