公共图书馆促进乡村文化振兴的实践模式:跨界融合与协同联动

Practical Mode of Public Library in Promoting the Revitalization of Rural Culture:Cross-Border Integration and Coordination

公共图书馆是乡村文化振兴的“文化粮仓”。调查江苏省公共图书馆建设运行情况,发现:全省公共图书馆建设不断加强,但各地区在公共图书馆硬件建设和作用发挥方面的不平衡不充分状况比较明显。公共图书馆助力乡村文化振兴应构建多主体共同参与、跨界融合渗透、各方协同联动、数字化驱动的智慧服务模式:在跨界融合方面,实施纵向一体化发展策略和横向一体化发展策略;在协同联动方面,实现多层级协同联动和多渠道协同联动;在数字驱动方面,加强数字人文建设,活化传统资源,做好智慧文化服务,提供沉浸式、交互式学习体验。

Public library is the cultural granary of rural cultural revitalization.Taking the public libraries in Jiangsu Province as an example,the investigation reveals that the construction of public libraries in the province has been constantly strengthened,but there are obvious imbalance and inadequacy in the hardware construction and the libraries'function of promoting the revitalization of rural culture.Therefore,it is suggested that we should build the public libraries which are characterized by multi-subject participation,cross-border integration and infiltration,coordination and cooperation between different parties and digitization to help revitalize rural culture:viz.implement the development strategy of vertical integration and horizontal coordination;coordination between different strata and categories,and the construction of digital humanities and exploration of traditional cultural resources,providing immersive and interactive learning environment.
