最佳掺量下不同纤维沥青及其混合料路用性能对比分析

摘要 为探究不同纤维改性及其沥青混合料的路用性能,文中分别选取玄武岩纤维、聚酯纤维、陶瓷纤维制备改性沥青及沥青混合料。首先通过三大指标试验评价改性沥青的性能;其次通过车辙试验、低温小梁弯曲试验、冻融劈裂试验分别分析不同纤维沥青混合料的路用性能。研究结果表明,经过测试后,玄武岩纤维改性沥青性能居中,其沥青混合料的性能最佳。高温、低温以及水稳定性能比性能最差的聚酯纤维改性沥青混合料分别提升了77.8%,54.5%,11.3%。研究结果为不同纤维改性沥青在路面材料中的应用提供一定的理论指导价值。 Basalt fiber,polyester fiber,and ceramic fiber are selected for preparing modified asphalt and asphalt mixtures,the road performance of which is investigated.The performance of modified asphalt is evaluated through three major index tests;the road performance of different fiber asphalt mixtures is analyzed through rutting experi⁃ments,low-temperature small beam bending experiments,and freeze-thaw splitting experiments.The research re⁃sults indicate that the performance of basalt fiber modified asphalt is in the middle,and its asphalt mixture has the best performance after testing.The high temperature,low temperature,and water stability performance of polyester fi⁃ber modified asphalt mixtures with the worst performance are promoted by 77.8%,54.5%,and 11.3%,respectively.The results may provide certain theoretical guidance value for the application of different fiber modified asphalt in pavement materials.
